Chad Huffer

 

It all started with Joe B Huffer my grandfather. He was a certified carpenter and built a lot of houses around Honey Grove in the 1950's through 1980's.  The last home he built was my parent's house in 1981.

My Dad, Joe (Butch) Huffer worked for TP&L 32 years and retired in 1997.  My Dad, brothers Mark, Rodney & I started B&P Builders building homes the same year. We built many new houses around the Fannin County area that still look great today! In 2008 my family Jennifer, Bethany, Jordan and me moved to McKinney, Texas. Over the last 20 years I have managed residential, commercial mid rise, hotels, restaurants, assisted livings, and large multifamily community projects. I have managed almost a billion dollars of construction in my career.

My passion is building custom homes and seeing peoples ideas become reality! Being a third generation builder, I have the experience to make building your home something you will enjoy.  My faith and walk in Christ is very important to me.
